Our Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 Pets Per Home
- No Weight Limit
- One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee – $300 Per Pet
- Monthly Pet Rent – $35 Per Pet
- Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf‑Hybrid or any mix thereof.
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
